📢 Attention Campus Visitors! 🚀 Important Update on Check-In/Check-Out Procedures! 📋
Dear campus parents and guests,
We're excited to announce an enhancement to our visitor check-in and student check-out procedures, designed to ensure the safety and security of everyone on our campus. Starting November 13, we are implementing a new system that requires all visitors to present their driver's license upon arrival for scanning into our updated system.
🔍 What's Changing? To maintain a secure environment the visitor check-in & student check-out {PK-8} process will now require all visitors to bring a valid driver's license for scanning.
📅 Effective Date:These new procedures will be in effect starting November 13. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transition. {If you scanned your DL last week, you will not be required to scan it again. Thank you}
🛑 Why the Change? This updated process allows us to keep track of campus visitors more efficiently, ensuring a safer and more secure environment for everyone. Your cooperation is vital in helping us maintain a welcoming yet secure atmosphere on campus.
🔒 Security First! Rest assured, your personal information will be handled with the utmost care and in compliance with privacy regulations. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our campus community.
🔄 Students Check-Out Reminder. We would ask that all PK-8 students be checked out by having a parent come inside and scan their DL to check their student out. HS students will continue the check-out procedures they currently have in place.
